North Dakota State University
Fargo, ND 58105
North Dakota State University in Fargo is a public university that dates back to 1890. The school has several locations on campus that have been hot spots for paranormal activity. First there's Ceres Hall. On the third floor of this building, a man hung himself from one of the heating pipes during World War II. His spirit may linger where his final moments took place. Many say they do not feel uncomfortable though when they're on the third floor. Perhaps the man's presence is not an evil one.
However, in the basement of Ceres Hall, is a different story. There's an entity that resides down there that is much more evil. Upon entering the basement, many explain a sudden feeling of fight or flight. This is a common feeling in basements, however, a group of paranormal investigators were able to pick up several unexplained sounds through their recording equipment.
Then there's Minard Hall, where the fourth-floor attic (which used to be a ballroom for dances), is where most of the eerie occurrences take place. A janitor once found two dead bodies, and it is still a mystery to this day what happened to them. Some believe it was a double homicide. It's possible their souls never left.
